I think it would be considered a miracle to see me posting here again after like almost a year! I hardly doubt anyone would see this post until maybe many many weeks or months later :x

Many things haave past since the last time I posted. I can still vividly remember the last post was done during my SIP period. From then, I have completed tonnes of projects, quizzes and assignments together with my PBL group (: Awesome much of people (except one :x). Nontheless, I have graduated from TP, leaving endless wonderful memories with the great friends and buddies I made. If you were to ask me if I had regretted studying in a polytechnic, I would proudly say no to you (: From here, I have not only learnt a lot from a technical aspect in Biomedical Science, but also made wounderous friends that will stay with me for life. Though some acquaintance I have known are not that close to me, I would still wish them all the best in future endeavours.

Then it comes to the next milestone in my life. It has been about 3 months odd since I left TP and stopped studying. About a 7 weeks ago I received my NS enlistment letter. The feeling was rather sian, but I still managed to have a positive feel towards it, as NS is something that I was looking forward to since last year, cuz studying was getting too boring. Time really passed real quick with a blink of eye, now I am left with about 4 more days of freedom. But somehow, my attitude towards NS changed as it was drawing close to let say about 2 weeks before. I have this strong foreboding and ominous feel that something bad may happen during my enlistment. I guessed I might have let my emotions got the better of me, making me feel really emotional and sad at times. It is not what I really want, but it just comes from time to time. Actually the main purpose of my blog post would be to remove this huge boulder from my chest. (I hope it works though) In case I am not back after 2 weeks in one piece, goodbye world! HAHA, I was joking, but I am sure He will be with me and protect me as well. If it is time for me to go, I accept reality (: The human flesh is just an empty shell for our souls to temporarily reside in on earth, hence it does not really bother me that much.

Then again, NS is not the only thing that changed my feelings. From what I know there are 4 types of love in world up to date. The first would be God's Agape Love (unconditional love) for us human beings. That is something that not everyone accepts and see, but still, I love Him as He first loved us. I guessed I might have be affected by the earthly love unknowingly. Well, I was made with emotions, but sometimes I let my emotions get the better of me. Jealousy is something that I really hate and that's one of the emotions that I wish I could "delete" from myself. But it all goes down to something known as fate, I should probably resign myself to it and slowly await and see how things proceed. Sometimes the only question I want to ask is why? How is that fair? However, what I can only do is just hide myself in one small corner and emo it away. I think that's the only thing I would do :B Sometimes again, I wish I could turn back time and change the way things may turn out... Hidden tears that I keep inside myself..

Long time since I last blogged. Went for JJ's phototaking session at bugis square last sunday and the queue was super long I swear. Luckily I went 2 hours earlier just to queue. The weather wasn't friendly either, it was really hot and sunny causing my neck to get sunburns. Managed to take a photo with him in the 背对背拥抱 style before heading for his party at somerset. Chong Jing was the host from yes 93.3fm and ya, -.- he still acts as aunty lucy. But still, he's funny with his words though. After rounds of singing and playing the piano, Jun Yang came down as special guest appearance to play guitar and sing along together with JJ. The director of Ocean Butterflies came down too and made a video of JJ's working colleagues singing 转动 as birthday present for him. It was kind nice to see the effort of them putting in to make the video. Last but not least, his autograph session (no smudge this time round :D) and it was nice to have a handshake with him upclose!

I do not really know how to go about doing this post, but I feel that you have to stay strong. The cringing feeling that I am facing is kind of really bad, filled with melancholy. Though I may not have experienced the feel of losing a loved one, but I know the feeling is tremendously grieving. Chinese New year is drawing really near! But somehow, I just don't have the feel like all the other years. I bet its the exams right after CNY week ): Life is sometimes really boring with all the tests and quizzes. I can't wait for next semester's internship.

Went to bakerinz after school with xiuchen and wen to buy a cake for nic before going to his house to sort of 'surprise' him. Celebrated and cut the cake quite fast and went to east coast park to have dinner. Luckily it didn't rain and the food there wasn't too bad either.

Have been quite a hectic week last week and I am glad that its over. MCT test and Hiragana test is cleared. More things to do this coming week like DDCT ppt slides in which presentation coming up next week! Last monday was DDCT pbl interview 2 and I felt that it was done quite badly. The feeling was really tense and my group was quite unable to answer some of the difficult questions posted by ms shahedah. Some are like totally no link -.- Have to buck up for the presentation, as well as the report.

It has been quite a long time ever since I went out with my family. The last time probably was Chinese New Year, which was quite sometime back. We went to Pan Pacific Hotel on saturday to have a crab buffet. Imagine, would you pay $68.27 for one person alone for a buffet? Luckily dad and mum have the citibank card which allowed a 1 for 1 buffet, but even still it was still quite expensive. The food they serve there was really a delicacy. They had all types of crabs, flower crab, indian curry crab, chili crab, black pepper crab etc etc. Initially the food was nice, but we got sick of them due to lazy peeling and removal of the crab shell =.= The waiters served us like we are VIPs over there, constantly pouring water for us and removing our plates. (Not to mention lots of foreign talent :/) It was quite enjoyable, as time spent as a family for me is quite rare.

Have always been wondering what is it like to have a split personality. Maybe each little one of us have a hidden being in us just that it is dormant. Some people say its a mental disease or disorder. I feel that the sleeping personality sometimes when agitated may dominate over the person. If someone is constantly under stress and anger, it may build up inside him/her, until it comes to a limit when the person breaks down and show their alter ego. This alter ego might help the person to fend for him/herself and sort of like "fight" in the situation they are in. But in the other hand, sometimes the split persona might lead to committing crimes and such. It's really interesting to study such things, no wonder psychology is such a hot topic.

Haha! Celebrated Wayne's 18th burpday on Tuesday and it was a pretty fun one too! We all wanted to surprise him with a cake, but it was kind of like a fail ): Maybe I did not communicate well with the rest though =/ Wayne spotted them from across the road to Cineleisure! Haha, they weren't hiding behind the pillar well enough. But anyway I am sure he enjoyed the 'surprise' Cut the small cake and had lunch in KFC before heading to the 8th floor for K-Box session! It was the first time I ever went K-Box =.= Felt really "sua ku" but the feeling was very fun and wild.

Swensen's outing with the OCP team on last Saturday! (: Ms Hor agreed to treat us this meal as suggested by Jacqueline xD It's really nice of Ms Hor to treat us, as it is really not cheap to 'tank' the beee-illl please. The total price was $201 including the earthquake, though we intended to pay for that from our own pockets, but Ms Hor paid for it together with the meal. The earthquake somewhat is meant to mark the end of OCP.

Feeling kind of down now. It's the first week of school and assignments are already starting??!? DDCT is a Problem Based Learning subject and the first assignment is kind of like all of us don't really understand? The interview for this topic is like next week and I am still clueless about the assignment...Nevermind school work aside.

I wonder if it's something I had done, but why does it seem so cold all of a sudden? I wished things would brighten up, it has been quite gloomy. When will the ice break? It just feels like my fault as usual...

It has been a really fun, enjoyable and fruitful trip for the whole cambodia team! 6 Days and 5 Nights over at Phnom Penh really opened my eyes to see the other side of life. The poor, the sick and the some of the helpless as well. It is then where I realise that Cambodians are actually very strong and hardy people. They are really able to stand tall regardless of their lifestyles and have very strong moral values. Going to briefly describe what happened in the 6 day trip, because its going to be very long if I were to describe all in detail. More photos at my facebook!

Day 1

The members of the team took a taxi down to T1 changi airport and met up to discuss some matters before checking in our luggage. Had a quick bite from burger king and we had to finish our meals in 10 - 15 minutes. Indigestion set in as we walked quickly to the plane while still eating the fries. Threw away all our rubbish before boarding the plane and soon it took off. The flight wasn't very long, around 1 hour 15 minutes and soon the plane landed in Phnom Penh. The time in Cambodia is 1 hour behind singapore and the weather is really hot and humid. Kind of worse than Singapore if I were to compare. We took a short ride down to Townview Hotel where we will be staying for 5 Nights and put down our luggage before heading to the nearby Lucky Supermarket to get our food for breakfast the next day. Got a couple of bread and some cereals with milk. Headed back to the hotel to put our stuff before taking the coach down to the village province areas. The ride was long of about 2 hours! On the way there we saw many cows and beautiful scenary that you will never get to see in Singapore. Visited about 3 villages and saw how they lead their lives over there. They used biogas from cow waste to light up their lights and even used termites nest to feed their fishes in the ponds. They had poor sanitation and water was not purified well enough. They were very warm in their welcomes and are really friendly towards us. They showed us around willingly and tell us how they lead their daily lives. It's a mind triggering and eye opening event for us and realised that we are actually very lucky to be born in Singapore. Soon after that we took a bus back to 'Bites Restaurant' for our dinner. The dishes served there was quite nice with the traditional Cambodian dishes like 'Amok', 'Lok Lac' and more other dishes with chicken. Afterwhich, we took the coach back to the hotel and fell asleep soon enough as we were really tired.

Day 2

It will be the start of the healthcare workshop and all of us woke up really early to prepare at around 7am. Packed all our materials for the workshop before taking the coach down to the International Christian Foundation (ICF) to one of their conference rooms to teach the participants on stomach ailments. The workshop kicked off with constipation and then lunch before we presented diarrhoea. The first days wasn't really good, as everyone wasn't familar with each other and hardly interacted with the participants. Ms hor somewhat reprimanded us and we reflected back at the conference room. Dinner was at a food court at Sovanna Shopping centre and the food we bought there required the food coupons. These coupons are to be exchanged with real money at the counter before we could buy our food. Something unique in this sense. Had quite a feast before heading back to the hotel for reflection at Zul's and Qhai's room before getting some rest.

Day 3

The same drill as yesterday and we woke up early as usual to head to the same conference room to educate them. Today's would be a game planned by the welfare team in the morning session, followed by indigestion by levon's group in the afternoon. We ended early and had time to go to Sovanna Shopping centre again and this time to shop for stuff. Did not buy anything, because I felt the stuff there were quite expensive and could be cheaper in the Russian Market that we will be going on day 5. Had reflection at shu han and shinta's room before going to bed.

Day 4

It will be the last day of the workshop at the ICF and Jacqueline told us to make it a blast for the particpants! My group presented stomach ulcer and cancer in the morning and played some activites with the participants. Afterwhich, JacQ told us she was quite upset and disappointed about the teams enthusiasm and energy in the morning session. Has lunch at this cafe called Sembawang before taking the coach back to the conference room. Zul's group presented on GERD and everyone made a really big effort to bring back the levels of 3 E's. It was a success and presented a short video clip of the participants throught the 3 days with the help of Levon and Jing Ting before showing it to them. The smiles and laughter of them during the video is really heartwarming as it shows that they enjoyed themselves throughout the whole 3 days (: Job well achieved!

Day 5

It is so fast and already the last day to be at Cambodia. Everyone was feeling happy that the workshop is over and time to enjoy ourselves on the R&R day. First we headed down to the dumpsite to see how the rubbish is to be disposed off and to our surprise, there are actually PEOPLE living just beside the dumpsite! This goes to show how poor they are and it really made us feel that we are very fortunate. The Rubbish were piled up to like mountains? And the stench there is really putrid and unbearable. People walked around as if it was very normal to them and did not complain at all. They were even happy to see us and waved to us. It really touched our hearts to see how poor yet strong they are to be at these places. What are we to complain ' eeew.. mud in our shoes and so much dirt'. Those people are walking bare footed throughout their whole life. Next, we went to the Cambodian Genocide Museum to tour and learn about the Khmer Rouge that happened in the 1970's. It was the actual place where everything happened and there were bloodstains and tools of torture everywhere. Quite a history enriching place and we learnt a lot about Pol Pot, the guy similar to Hitler where both carried out mass killings. After that we took a coach back to 'bites restaurant' for lunch and each of us ordered a coconut each from an old lady cycling the cart around. It's really commendable that she's able to do dat all by herself, cycle the coconuts around and chop them for us to drink. The Russian Market was next and the things they sell there is really cheap and worth buying. Stuff like Adidas, Nike and so on were sold at a very cheap price. Though they are pirated, but still had good quality and decent to wear. The next destination is Mekong River. Took a cruise round the river and it was quite cooling and windy. Dinner at the Tonle cafe whereby we left our signatures on the mirror they provided over there. Headed back to the hotel and had a mega party together with ms hor and I drank quite a bit of alcohol until I became a little tipsy.

Day 6

The very next thing we knew after waking up is already time to pack up and take the coach back to Phnom Penh airport. Soon after which, we arrived at Singapore and Wayne, Syai and Jiajie were there to pick us up! I am quite happy they were there (: Jude, Nic and Wen was also there and we went to eat popeye's chicken at T3. Home sweet home was next =D and nothing is better than home I swear, though I really want to spend 1 more week in Cambodia with the OCP team which Rocks!

Ms Hor: This trip was not possible without your guidance and help

Jacqueline: As the team leader, you withstand all the feedbacks and problems and facilitate us into improving! Regardless of all the disappointment and setbacks, you helped us pull through and made the workshops and trip a great one!

Sze Jie: As the team assistand leader, you aided the things that are important to us like taking down stuff and such. As my roomate, you are fun, nice and generous person to talk to.

Shu Han: As a great financial leader, you help keep safe our funds for meals like lunch and dinner and spending lots of time trying to figure out how much to pay for our meals. You also offered me lots of help (:

Jing Ting: A nice a encouraging group leader! Help to organise meetings and meet-ups to help us with the presentation. Made the trip real fun by offering us your room for chit chat sessions and made it real cosy.

Shirlee: A fun and cheerful group member that is always smiling! Same as JT, encouraging and giving support when I am feeling down. Also, played a very good host in the chit chat sessions!

Levon: A great photographer! Helping the team to take photos everywhere as well as making all the chats interesting xD with your person target of interest.

Shinta: A sweet and nice person to talk to! Very attentive and really puts in her effort in doing everything in a right order.

Zul: A humourous and interesting guy and cracks a lot of random stuff such as cooling yourself down at inappropiate timings. Helps to bring laptop around for the workshops and such.

Qhai: A nice person to joke around and is very mature in thinking. Offers help when needed and aiding in our presentations.

Amierah: A quiet and shy person, but does great presentations! Though I don't speak to you much, but still you made the trip enjoyable!

Today's mood for it probably wasn't there maybe due to the heavy rain. Will be heading off to cambodia soon for OCP and be back on the 10th. It will be a fun and enjoyable trip I believe (:

First time trying out to go to a pub with levon, shirlee, jiajie, syai, wayne and yenny! It was quite fun as the pub we went was called eski bar. The place was really cold at -4 degrees? The ambience was quite good though a little small. Met all of them at Central and walked around before heading to clarke quay area. A pity I can't join them for ice skating and bowling earlier in the afternoon due to my DRP ): but still it was enjoyable.

YES! I passed my basic theory test for driving (: The feeling was quite good, as I was afraid that I will fail the test. Applied for my final theory test on 2nd october straight after the btt.

Did not have time to post this, but happy birthday to my dear ol' dad (: A nice birthday for this year, because the date was 09/09/09! Haha, celebrated as usual with a cake and I am very touched that my parents waited for me until around 11pm, as I had OCP rehearsal from 7 to around 9.30. They could have gone to bed earlier.

Watched Gforce with shirlee,sokleng,qiyun,jiajie and wayne in the afternoon before OCP rehearsal. The movie was quite nice, not to mention with the really cute guinea pigs! It's quite hilarious and certain parts.

By the way, blogger has problems AGAIN! I can't post big and coloured words =.=

It was nice of my contemp french teacher to invite us over to his house for a mini party (: A classmate emailed all of us to meet up before hand to get giuliano a present as well as fillings like nutella and jam for the crepes that he and his wife made. The meeting at tm's mrt was really awkward, because I don't know how my french CDS classmates looked like. I was standing there for 10 minutes without knowing she was just beside me. A guy from my class which I recognised messaged her and she replied not knowing we were beside here either. To turn out that she was from the other slot of french class. It was the first time we met each other and we were going to get the stuff makes things even more awkward. We decided to get giuliano a box of merci chocolates which means thank you in french. Guess it's quite meaningful in the sense of thanking him for teaching us. We got a simple card from popular and wrote our wishes before putting it together with the chocolates.

Took bus 29 down to loyang area to his house and the condo over there is really cool! In order to get up to his house, either a card key is required of we would have to press and call his unit number before he can allow us to press the lift button. From his unit, there's a CCTV in which we can see the faces of the people at the lift. The crepe he and his wife made was not too bad, reminds me of 'popiah' skin though. His two kids, Lucas and Dantel were really cute, though they have 2 totally different personalities. We chit chatted and played cheat/bluff until all the way till dinner time before heading home. It's fun having these mini parties and conversation as such once in awhile. Giuliano was so encouraging for us to take the french exam (DELF) to get the certificate. Wonder if I should try, as it costs $60 for one full exam...

Have not been posting much lately, because I cant add pictures ): But I think blogger is fine now, as I am able to see the toolbars already. Went to apply for my BTT (Basic Theory Test) for driving on wednesday with wen and jude. Somehow I scare I would fail the test, then I will have to retake at $6. Need to study the green book soon!

Headed down to Ion Orchard after applying the test to jalan jalan. I would say Ion Orchard is more for people that is willing to spend a lot of money on those branded stuff. And Swensen's ice cream buffet is a love! There is a overwhelming widespread of about 50 flavours of ice cream ranging from durian icecream to sherbets and gelatos. There is also the chocolate fondue, cake pastries, waffles and pancakes. Everyone is free to have a mix and match of the different things over there. I ate at least 30 scoops of icecream and 5-6 sticks of chocolate fondue. We ate until we got too full and bored and started a weird game. Wen mixed the peanut and sesame icecream with soursop puree and other weird ingredients. After which, we played a number guessing game and the loser had to eat 2 spoonfuls of the bad tasting icecream mix =.= It tasted like cuttlefish sauce and its real bad.. We took turns to make the different combination and played it for 2 whole hours. It was enjoying I must say though! Guess I will be sick of icecream for awhile...

Though the last paper mgen is not straightfoward and quite tough to a extent of a 13 marks question which I dont really know how to tackle. Fpath and aimm was okay. I think this semester is quite hard to get A's, I will be glad if there is a B+ or B.

Was intending to apply basic theory test with wen and jude, though we forgot our IC's, so we will have to apply it next wednesday. It's really a cool feeling to have a car, from what brother have rented on tuesday. Subaru impreza... I shall aim for a driving license, a good human personal asset.

Holidays are here, but so many things to do! OCP and DRP. I guess my holidays are burnt just like that. But I am sure OCP will be fun with the nice groupmates I have (:

It has been ages since I posted. Maybe my life is just too boring or I simply just don't have much time to do so. Anyways, my 60% french listening and comprehension with writing is already over! One load of stress of my chest, as I don't have to worry about writing postcards everything in french =_=" But still, there's french oral next week and I think it should be fine, as assured by my teacher.

Exams are coming really soon in about 2 - 3 weeks time! I really need to start studying everything from scratch as I would probably have forgotten most of the facts from what I have learnt in sem 1. Is it just me, or year 2 is really hard? I have been feeling slackish and all holiday mood ever since the start of year 2! The new stuff I learn does not really seem to get memorised by me and I tend to "stone" more in front of test papers thinking of what to write. Have been feeling really down these couple of days. I am not too sure why, but I guess could be the stress building up from the incessant tests and quizzes. Now with OCP at hand, I think things are going to be even busier.

TP have a couple of cases for H1N1 and of which revolves around HSS and business school. I hope it does not gets to AS school. I don't really want to fall sick, especially at this point of time when we are learning new chapters for the subjects.

Finally my first in TPJCG's cuisine as a sub comm member! Haha, the first event was to cook korokke (Japanese style of the french croquette). The picture above is the product just before frying them to golden brown. Different sizes created by the different sub comm members (: It was really hard cleaning up the place, but was worth it as we had fun.

Got back all my exam results and not really satisfied with them. Had a couple of B's and I need to improve on my semestral exams to pull them up to at least a B+.

To me I feel really sad for him, as he told the media before that he is a really lonely person. What made things worse is with all the accusations about sexual outrage of modesty of kids making him lost almost a total of half a billion. Ever since young I admired his dance moves and songs, which includes "Billy Jean, Beat It, Thriller, Bad, Black or White and Heal the World." I believe many out there still see him as an idol and a great person and I feel the same too! Michael, your name will live on forever! A living Legend from the past...

My cousin has just passed out from tekong and my brother and I decided to celebrate by going to eat Suki Sushi buffet at hougang. The food there I will say is much better than Sakae, as there are no restrictions on the plate colours and we are able to order food like its free. I love the sushis there, as well as the ika tempura (Japanese calamari). The soft shell crab was not too bad, together with the takoyaki balls. I must say that $21 nett is quite worth the money spent and maybe i should organise one outing there in future (:

YEAH!! Term tests are finally over (:

I guess this semester's term tests is the hardest that I have took so far, especially aimm. I seem to become more stupid each day, with me being unable to memorise my stuff well. Have to wait for my results to see how bad I've done.

Grandma was discharged from cgh today. Bro and me helped her with the procedures and there was this old lady keep asking me to call the police to let her out of the hospital -.- I tink she's a little mental loose from staying in the hospital for too long.

I found out that my idol JJ Lin lost his voice as he wasn't taking care of his health that much ): he probably won't be singing for quite sometime... Going to miss his songs. Hope he recovers soon and real fast, as health is always in priority to anything else.

Do not have much things to blog lately. More tests coming up and its going to be term test soon and I am still in the holiday mood! Next week is also htech's decalcification interview and I have not started my research on it yet. So much things to do with so little time.

Grandma admitted to hospital today. Her face is really red and swollen until I could not even recognise her. Apparently she is suffering from some major allergic reaction to strontium pills which is supposedly to be a stronger form of calcium to strengthen her bones for her hand. Why does this have to happen to her? She's already in her late 70's yet she have to suffer so much pain drawing blood and stuff. In her ward, there are a couple other old folks as well and looking them lying on the beds really make me heart ache. There's this old lady lying beside my grandma and she's trying really hard to talk to me across the room. I guess she must be feeling very lonely, but I could not understand what she was trying to say. I pray she gets well soon...

Many people said this outing was disappointing due to the lack of people that went. But still, I feel its quite fun and I quite enjoyed myself (: about 9 out of like 24 turned up? Haha, I know some have their things on, but some don't even bother to reply..

Shannon, Wayne and Syai played basketball with 3 Americans and was thrashed totally of a score of 11-0. The way they play is like NBA style and their possession of the ball is great. But still, nice attempt and sportsman ship guys (:

We drew our "volleyball court" by making markings on the sand with our legs and played captain's/volleyball. I guess we should get a ball with better cushion the next time, so we could play proper beach volleyball.

Thanks to jing dan and jacinda to chip in money for the volleyball, though you guys didn't play much... Realy nice of you two to come down to sentosa with us! This outing really make me miss the other half of G4 more in PST... All the fun and conversations we had..

I am still not used to school yet. I have still been sleeping in the wee hours of midnight as though like during the holidays and I have no feeling to pick up my notes and read as well.

Today's applied immunology ended early after an hour, so levon invited us to play badminton wif her and jiajie at around 3. Ate lunch together at T1's carls junior and it never fails to make me full. Went back to school to play badminton and I must say that I have not been playing sports for a VERY long time already. My stamina is lousy and my muscles ache easily. Probably need to go gym and train soon. Nevertheless, I still enjoyed badminton (: still one of my top sports.

It has been 2 days already for my DRP and I have clocked up of about 19 hours so far. Its like 71 more hours to ago and it's quite long. DRP is quite similar to working, just that it's no pay and you learn something new, which will good for my portfolio at the end of 3 years. For my DRP, it can be quite monotonous due to the various waiting times needing for the experiments. But I am considered qutie lucky, as my DRP is quite slack compared to others.

Yes, happy birthday to myself... Another year older already and time seem to fly so fast that I am already 18! I guess this is the turning point of my life, where most of the important decisions that I do in life is made by me.

Firstly, I would like to thank all that have wished me happy birthday (: really appreciate it. Spent my b'dae with my gang and ss was really nice to give me a small bottle of vodka as a present. Haha nice uh, to mark that I am legal to purchase and drink alcoholic drinks. Secondly, my usual bunch of people bought me a b'dae cake to come to my house to celebrate as well. You guys are so nice! Finally, my hectic week is over with bmic as the last term quiz before cny. Went tm and cs to shop for my new pair of shoes for cny. Haha, I fell in love with this Vans shoes at tm's royal sporting house. The design is very intricate and nice... the price tag on it is really nice as well =.=
The actual price of the shoe was $109, but there's a 10% discount off all Vans shoes, so I decided to buy it. This is the thing I don't like about cny, spending too much money on new clothings and shoes.

Dinner was at KFC and guess what, first time I experience the feel of winning money from those silly coupon, whereby you tear away to stand a chance to win something. Nic, jude, wen and ss bought the KFC prosperity meal and received 4 "hong baos" of the 4, one of them was "You won $88 cash" I usually don't have hope in this kind of silly scratch and win stuff, but my view changed today. How nice of the 4 of them to use the cash for the 2D1N chalet during our sem breaks.

Headed over to ong's house for some booze. First time I ever felt so dizzy after drinking so much vodka in one shot. Ong bought back a bottle of vodka from airport, since he was 18 already. We had forfeits for the loser of indian poker, and the loser had to drink one mouthful of 60%vodka mixed with remaining grape juice. Wen's face was like so red around at the end and started spouting a little rubbish. I drank quite a bit as well and could not really think straight. Everyone was practically half dead when we reached home. I guess too much alcohol is not good for the body. CNY in 2 days time...

Feeling really grumpy and sad... I made a really BIG BIG mistake during my HPI term quiz today. The question was worth 6 marks and I felt too "gungho" thinking that I got the question right. I was busily writing down the answer and after the test, my classmates were like telling me the answers were different. I wrote down soooo much to find out that the real answers were only a third of what I had written down. The thing is that I read and misinterpreted the question wrongly!! I knew the answers to the question, yet I thought too complicatedly... I hope Miss Rosie gives me sympathy marks ): 6 marks is lyk 20% of the quiz marks... Why was I so blur...

Oh well, tomorrow's bmic quiz is the last of the week from the 4 will take. Last paper and I can happily celebrate CNY with not much worries! I hate quizzes, especially the pace of school life is moving so fast...

Haven't been blogging lately. My life is as boring as usual, nothing much to blog about. Had Bmic practical yesterday and we finally got to see our plates that were rotting for the past month, and it literally stinks, smelt like vomit.

Had aguides duty today and I guess it's really fun to be in the third shift. At around 3.30, all guides from all schools are supposed to gather at the plaza to do mass dance, chicken dance and TP's dance. In fact, majority of the time is spent doing the dance, rather than our respective duties. I must say some of AS guides are not sporting enough. A lot ran away when they heard they were supposed to do the mass dance.

Finally, a piece of good news! I got into BMT for my course! Haha, one new year resolution down, a couple more to go.

Finally removed a heavy load off my chest. CSAS impromptu speech was seriously nerve-wrecking for the first half of the class. Everyone was like nervous and having the mindset of not being able to do well. I was fourth to give my speech and some of my content was last minute that came to my mind, even though I did not plan to say it. The time of 5 minutes given to us to prepare really wasn't enough for me to remember what to say to the audience. I guess my topic was the easiest compared to the other 11 people. "Do you think that being a good singapore citizen means having good grades, why do you think so?" I must say it was done way better compared to the practice 2 weeks ago, however I made some distracting actions on my feet though and most importantly, I forgotten to introduce myself :( Anyways, I am glad it's over.

Looking back the year 2008, it really brings me back memories of our "after O'lvl period" having fun, as well as looking for jobs. Finally, I experience polytechnic life, which me myself wanted since I decided during secondary 4. Orientation camps when we were really quiet and not knowing each other. Now it's like we are really close! Not to forget the days in which my close buddies ton at my house during the term and sem breaks and the fun times we had at the chalet. 2008 will be a year I will never forget =)

Haiz, seriously disappointed in my Maths and Stats results... Guess I am really careless this time round. I aimed for an A to only find out I got a B+ for this term test. Made like 2 careless mistakes that I completely should not have committed. Enough of exams... My cough is still going on and CSAS impromptu speech is coming up on wednesday. I am really going to do badly with all the coughs halfway plus stuttering and stammering. I hope I recover by then, which is not likely, cuz my coughs usually last 3 weeks...

P.S My hair is soooooooo short =( shall not trim my fringe for 5 months and let it GROW!!!!!! =.=

4B's Chalet was yesterday, but I was lazy to blog. Feeling really tired and sick from BBQ food, especially fried food. My throat simply just feels weird and itchy. It's quite surprising to see those that I did not expect to turn up to actually turn up. Hardly ate much during the BBQ, as I felt real sick from the food, which I ate 3 days ago. Went to E!Hub to play pool around 11pm after that. Headed back to the chalet to stone at watch TV while waiting for the soccer maniacs in to come back from the kopitiam after the liverpool vs arsenal match. At around 2 plus, we went to pasir ris park to play and relive our childhood days. Wen, ss and me were all feeling dead and sick. Probably caused by the lack of sleep for the past few days. Early breakfast at mac at 5am b4 taking a bus home to sleep. Wished I could stay longer, but priority goes to health.

One week of holidays left and I have not even started on my projects =.=" Need to rush assignments now. Christmas is tomorrow, yet I am not feeling the spirit of it yet. Sigh...

Chalet out with my peeps once again. This time round the room given to us is slightly smaller compared to the previous one but it does not matter, we had lesser things. Reached DTE with ong, settled down in the chalet and went to buy utensils and drinks with the rest. As usual, ss is late by an hour or so. The BBQ budget exceeded more than we expected, making the whole thing kind of expensive. Luckily jude's grandma helped reduced the cost by helping us prepare the chicken wings and bee hoon. The bee hoon is like the second episode from my previous class BBQ. We were marathon-ing the bee hoon just like how I did it with wayne. Too much bee hoon, now I have a phobia for it =/ It's a miracle how we start the fire with just 5 starters and limited charcoal in within 5 to 10 minutes. *proud* It's seriously funny to see nic alone chionging down 30 otahs one by one. His "sick of otah" facial expression is really priceless. Xc and me are the chicken kings, in charge of the wings and stingray. Ong really sucks in his QC. His wings were black and I vividly remembering one being DRENCHED in magarine causing smoke signals to be released and the product of a black wing. Overall the food was quite great and all of us ate until we literally become fat.

Went back to chalet to catch my 小娘惹, and psp-ed till 11 before going to E!hub to watch "Ip Man" seriously the movie is great, the best martial art film I ever watched. If you guys out there liked "Fearless" this show would definitely be appealing to you. Throughout the whole show is mainly action and fightly scenes and the type of martial art they used is 永春 which is very stylo. Headed back to the chalet to take turns to bathe and play monopoly and cards. I managed to take a short nap of 30mins, since I was the first to become bankrupt =D

The next morning's breakfast was at kou fu and went for bowling and pool. I was freaking tired by the time we were halfway through pool and I sat in one corner to sleep. Once back at chalet, I fell dead and slept for 3 hours. Banluk-ed and dai di, afterwhich ss and xc slept. The sad thing is that when I went to bathe, I came out to see all sleeping already. All the beds and matresses were somehow occupied and I had no choice but to try to sleep by the dressing table :( It's really uncomfortable and I can't seem to sleep. I cannot believe I end up stoning for 4 hours, while listening to songs and psp by my own until next morning. Breafast at mac next morning before heading home to catch my beautiful sleep.

Reveal 10 weird things/habits/little known facts about myself

1) Cheese is my worst enemy in food.
Ever since young, I hated the smell and taste of cheese. To me it simply stinks and is completely yucky for me. Tasting a abit of it would probably make me puke straight. So yea, no cheese for me please.

2) Completely anti-social to girls in primary school.
Was kind of influenced by my stupid classmates that girls are absolutely weird and somewhat had the cooties. Views changed since secondary school. Girls are the same as guys, why should they be avoided ? =.=

3) I would be in my own world when I am concentrating on something.
Whenever I study or do my work, everything around becomes completely oblivious to me. I probably might not respond if you called out to me.

4) I cannot get angry with someone for long
If someone were to agitate me or disturb me, the longest I would be angry with him or her would be like 20 mins ? However, there's a limit to my tolerance. I might just explode if you poked too hard =X

5) I do not show my anger in fact.
My symptoms of getting angry would be to keep quiet and not speak for quite a period of time.

6) I stone by my own quite often without realising.
Sometimes I would just lie down and stare blankly into space or the clock watching it tick seconds by seconds. Just a short time and 1 - 2 hours go by...

7) I like singing to myself when I am own my own.
I like trying to imitate the syle of how my favourite singer sings and try to follow his high pitch tunes, also known as "jia ying". Somehow I just cannot seem to do it, my vocals are just lousy.

8) My deep desire is to dance.
Any types of dance is appealing to me, but preferbly break dance or pop dance in MVs, but I am just simply lazy to learn.

9) I make decisions fast when come to buying things for myself.
Whenever I set my mind on something I want to buy, be it shirt, pants or accessories, I would straight buy it without wishy-washy hesitation.

10) I hate to see people suffer because of me.
If someone were to suffer or feel pain because of me, I would probably feel guilty for years before I get over it.

JJ Party 3 !!! Haha, really need to thank nic so that I was able to watch JJ's mini concert at the max pavillion. Somehow he received a ticket from his friend that does not want it O.O The concert was kind of great and what's more, we got the 4th row from the stage and the view was quite good. It was such a waste during the lucky draw that was giving off free Sony Ericsson handphones. The number called was 27573, while the number on our ticket was like 27553. JJ played also played the piano with a few of his old songs from the previous album and the song 害怕 nearly made him cried. I guess the song he composed had great meaning and memory in it, which made him remembered them. His dance moves were absolutely great and whats more, he invited his real brother on stage to learn the dance from 不潮不用花錢. Managed to get a signature from him on my album after the show and shook his hand =D

WOOO... Finally blogged after like a long long while? Busy studying and doing works plus assignment the past few days. Quizzes and tests are coming in like some marathon, which is making me feel real tired. Had my bmic tut and term quiz and hpi tut quiz all in just one day. Studied real hard on thursday, which so happens to be nic's birthday. Happy belated b'dae to big nic. I kind of made some careless mistakes on my hpi and bmic term quiz was like what the heck. I studied so hard on Koch's Postulates and comparison of the 5 classes of microorganisms like some dog, in the end all never come out. Came out some naming of scientific names of microorganisms that causes food spoilage. How am I supposed to know? To think of 2 tests and 1 presentation coming up next week makes me feel sick. Anyways, took some photos outside hpi lab on thursday, which had like 1.5 hours of free time. First time I enjoyed lab so much.

Anime Festival Asia today (AFA) and the very first time I was late until very "jialat" I was supposed to wake up at 8 and meet wen at 10. Wen gave me morning sms to see if I had woke up and I DID woke up to reply his sms "wake up le" I guess past few days I have not been sleeping well, so I accidentally fell back into lala land. The next thing i knew was receiving a sms by wen asking me where I am. It was like 10.20 and I was still in bed. What the hell please, I feel damn guilty and rush straight to tm interchange. Really sorry to wen for stoning for me for an hour.

Suntec was seriously crowded with people at the book fair and AFA. Saw some guy trying to fit himself into a gundam mobile suit, which really looks damn cool. The helmet even had lights. I did not know that Singapore had many "on" cosplayers of anime until today. There are like so many people with rainbow coloured hairs with weird costumes. A little disappointed though, because there were not really much to see and the entrace ticket cost us $5 for each person. Guess otaku wen is disappointed as well, feeling cheated by the AFA web. Trying not to waste the 5 bucks, we spammed taking photos in there, while the rest got themselves gundam models at a sale price.

And the moment I have been waiting for 1 month!!! Haha, my first time meeting 林俊杰 up close and having a photo taken with him. Too bad I was not allowed to use my camera to take it due to time constrain. My photo will be emailed to me soon I hope. The place of gender ratio was 1:20 guys:girls....... -___- I really feel damn weird waiting down there for my turn please. He sang 小酒窝 twice with 2 girls he chose from the public i think and it sounded pretty nice. Took quite a couple of videos, but I just do not seem to be able to upload them to blogger. JJ looks quite thin though, guess he slimmed down due to his work.

CCN day (Campus Care Network day) was today and the feeling of setting up our bubble tea store and bangles was kind of great. Working together as a class gives me the kind of group spirit which I kind of enjoy, though a few people did not turn up or ran away like the wind. I must say we sold the bubble teas quite fast and made a profit (: the best profit earning were the bangles, wasted we did not buy more, could have made more for the needy students in TP.

Walked around IT and Engine school and had ramily burger for my late lunch. I am quite used in skipping breakfast and lunch, though I know it's not really good for my body. I want to put on weight and grow bigger in size, but I can't just seem to grow fatter. Stupid high metabolism rate of mine. Haha and wayne was forced to buy a stalk of rose for 2 dollars. Think it came in quite handy for him as well =/ need to thank nic and daryl to come down to TP to support my stall.

Newspaper collection today and i guess my guess of fun in my previous post was not right after all. The whole procedure was damn tiring and tedious, running up and down of about 13 blocks, knocking/pressing doorbell on each unit and replaying my words like some tape recorder. Had to lug those newspapers, magazines, etc etc to the truck for recycling. Its freaking tiring and the other half of our group from don't know what class really not initiative. Basically, most of the work is done by us G4 people. Haha, G4 people rocks!!!

Head off to tampines mall with wayne to eat lunch at mac and headed home to fall dead on my bed for 5 hours straight. My whole body feels like lemons now. I am seriously tired of everything now, physically and mentally. Argh, blogging in wee hours of the night, i don't know how to adapt back to sleeping early. Screwed up life.

I remember Dr Alvin Poh teaching us about immunology and tissue/organ rejection yesterday. Something that I cant forget him telling us is humans trying to transplant a baboon's heart to a patient suffering from heart failure. Well, the guy managed to survive 30 days before dying from organ rejection. Something that I have been thinking since then, is whether the person with baboon's heart have the feelings of a baboon or a human. Does a human's feeling come from the brain or the heart? I guess it's hard to explain too...

I seriously don't know what is wrong with the bus 5 driver today. On the bus to E!hub, the driver was like trying to speed pass the traffic light, though it was turning to red and at the last moment he braked. Some lady holding a bag of coffee sitting next to me lost her balance and fall, while spilling coffee to the girl sitting beside me. Luckily my leg kena a little bit so not so bad. Really pity the girl sitting beside me... Some man carrying a child behind nearly fell too while standing, causing the child to cry instantly. He gave the driver a piece of his mind warning him to receive a complain letter soon. I mean its like really dangerous if the child got seriously hurt...

Watched HSM3 with usual peeps. Overall the show is not too bad, but I wished singapore would be more fun like in the US, where the school is so big and fun with their prom nights.

YES!! Finally got my hand on JJ's new album ^^ Guess wad, it comes with a free special pass to take photo with JJ at suntec convention hall in november... =D I tink the delay of the album release could probably due to the inserting of this special pass into the albums distributed in singapore only... His new album contains alot of rap and fast songs, which is not really my type though... Kind of disappointed... However, 小酒窩, 我還想她 and Always Online are still my favourite..

I guess my timetable is kinda really screwed after my IDGD have been swapped with French... now my busiest day would be like every wednesday starting from 8 - 6... Since this week have no tutorials/labs for my science subjects, i am posting this with the large 5 hour gap between CSAS and French tutorial... =.=

Crap, its like I am taking 2 language CDS this semester and I kind of feel stressed trying to learn Japanese and French... 2 total differnt language and especially french, its hard trying to pronouce it well and get the correct accent.. On the other hand, Japanese is fun.. Well that's probably my interest for Japanese ever since I watched my first anime at primary 6... Things were made fun with Suzuki Sensei's fun and great guidance on my first tutorial yesterday... I guessed i know majority of the basics, but through the first tutorial i get to know how to pronounce them properly... Wad's more... I will have 2 roleplays to do this semester... 1 French and 1 Japanese -___- Fear of public speaking!!!! Argh!! I hope French will be fun later...

Not being able to sleep well the past few nights... Always attempt to sleep at 1plus and the next thing i noe i see the clock its always 5.50 am in the morning... Haiz... wonder wads wrong with me... I guess i have been thinking too much these days... Need the get rid of all negative thoughts!!! I can do it!!!

Hais.... Y isn't JJ's new album 陆 not yet out? =( woke up early today jus to rush to eastpoint's popular to see if its out.. jus to find out its only selling jay chou's capricorn or FM S.H.E... mrt-ed down to tampines mall to check if there the popular or music junction have the album... however they aren't selling yet... zzz i jus wasted $1++ on transport fee... oh well... shall go see see on another day... Feelings gt cheated by the web that claims it will be out on 18 oct in singapore... =.=

Relatives came over 2dae, and as usual, head down to play tennis with my cousins and played CS at my house.. My house is kind of like a mini lanshop... O.O Had a good chat together and ate dinner as a whole..

School's reopening on monday.. I guess... slack time's over and time to study hard for the next semester... how nice, 2 CDS-es to take.. (Japanese & Introduction to Digital Gaming Development) that makes in total of 5 CDS-es for me to take T_T what is this man... Hope stress does not kill me... =/

My whole body feels just like a lemon tree... Filled with sour lemons all over... haha.. G4's chalet was really fun, but it's a pity that it's just 2D1N... Wished it lasted slightly longer as i guess everyone was enjoying themselves ? haha.. Met up wif the fir at TP's bus stop, while his dad drove us to Costa Sands just to realise we can only check in at 2pm and it required my dad's NTUC member card... Went back home to fetch it and managed to check in at 2... PSP-ed and waited for the rest to come.. Arnd 5 almost everyone reach except for jj and ina..

BBQ-ed and had beehoon for dinner and to realised dat we ordered a little too much... up till now i still feel bad throwing away the excess beehoon and bbq food.. jj and ina came arnd 10 and celebrated october babies b'dae wif a cake which was smashed at the sides thanks to shannon's steady hand... =.= HAPPY B'DAE to ina ytd and to shuhan tmr... 11 days ltr to wayne... haha.. played wif qi yun's skateboard and wanted to go cheers to buy bacardi... but cheers was closed.. O.O.. headed back to chalet, cleaned it up and went to bathe..

Truth or dare was on arnd 1 plus to 2 but wasn't fun asking the guys question already... but now it involves the girls xD arnd 2 plus some went to sleep while the remaining us went to pasir ris park to walk walk.. syai told me ghost stories as usual... lol

Next morning some left early... and checked out... I seriously need to thank G4 for making this chalet possible =) especially syai, shuhan and qi yun for helping out wif the stuff, planning and contacting ppl... PS. the new time table sucks... =/

Went trekking with the usual bunch at bukit timah nature reserve today... I swear i will never take a bus ride consisting of 66 stops ever again... =.= the bus was damn jerky and nearly made all of us vomit... Ss's crazy idea of trekking was put into action... We decided to take the green trail fearing dat the yellow one might be too hard for us first timers.. The steps were quite uneven and its kind of tiring to make our way to the summit... On the way up we were greeted by a family of 8 monkeys... o.O all were like swinging around and even saw a baby with its mum feeding on her milk xD we were surrounded by monkeys from top back forward left and right... we walked quickly past them, feeling afraid from being clawed or bitten in the ear... -.-" ok wild imagination from me... Finally made it to the top and rested dere for awhile before heading dwn, which is lyk way lot easier...

Dinner was at newton food centre and the price dere is like total scam! I guess the place is more for tourists, rather than locals like us... daryl, wen and xc order a plate of clams for 10 bucks which consist more of shells than the meat inside... cost price of about 20 clams in market is lyk $2 and they jack it up str8 to 10 bucks... zzz... never going to go back dere again...

Hari Raya House Visiting

First time in my life i ever celebrated Hari Raya with my poly classmates... =) Met up wif Ina, Atikah, Qi Yun, Sok Leng, Yenny, Syai, Fir, Shannon, Joey and Wayne at bedok interchange around 2.15 and saw Qi Yun wif her new hairstyle... looks good on her though ^^

First stop was syai's house... WOOOO Bus fare nw oso not too bad... 40c rebate, which means my second ride to syai's hse was lyk 31c onli... haha quite a good thing... Ate snacks and drank the honeydew drink dat syai made... As usual, everyone there was abt the same.. haha, joking and talking rubbish..

Next was Atikah's house... did mainly about the same thing as we did at syai's house... eat eat and drink.. Atikah has a lot of feature similarity wif her elder sis dat helped take our group pic...

Third place was none other den fir the chubaka's house... hahaha... did not eat much dere... onli had a fizzy apple drink.. Fir's mum is really generous, gave us each a green packet... first time receiving one in my life.. terimah kasih.. =) watched tv till syai meet us back after collecting his salary... walao... earn so much in jus 5 days... never tell me lobang... =(

Lastly was Ina's house... wayne, qi yun and joey left early... pity they cant join us for the last bit.. spent a whole lot time trying to tune Ina's classical guitar before shannon shows off his skills in it... =.= seriously, its less painful to play a classical guitar compared to an acoustic one...

Overall, i feel that Hari Raya is more or less the same as Chinese New Year... haha house visiting and eating snacks and wishing everyone happiness.. All my malay classmates played really good hosts... a big thanks to all 4 of them for inviting us over to their houses, i really appreciate it..

Yah, dad got me a table lamp 2dae to decorate my room, as well as save money... -.- The lamp is supposedly energy saving.. Past few nights have been sleeping late with the lights on and dad keeps complaining dat electricity bill go up by 21%, need to save electricity now (damn.. everything inflate, bus fare, GST and now PUB)... o.o nvm la, my room looks cosy nw.. Going out with syai tmr to get BBQ stuff and Hari Raya celebration on fri.. =D Finally some outing to get some fresh air outside

Assassin's Creed (Game Critic)

Finally completed Assassin's Creed on my PC. Haha, great game i must say. Not only the action and all is exciting, but the storyline behind it seem like it really happened in AD 1191. The graphics also seem so real, though its abit laggy in my com. Its about some guy being held captive for experiment in a machine called the animus, which purpose is to read the person's ancestor's memory via the DNA of the person in the machine. (Kind of a cool device) The ancestor of the guy appears to be an assassin dated back in AD 1191. If you would ask me, I would rather call him a superhero back in that time -.- The 9 characters all being assassinated are actual characters from history, all also being assassinated. Ubisoft really did an excellent job researching on the history of the third crusade and making the characters all look so real. The buildings in Damascus, Acre and Jerusalem were all made to almost exact replica back then. Soldiers and civilians seem to have a mind of their own, great A.I creation. Many different appearance of characters were created, so that it will ensure you that you won't be seeing the same civilian over and over again. Many methods into killing a person, as well as running away from angry mobs of soldiers. The ending might not probably be that good, but it instills one's anticipation for Assassin's Creed 2 =D. Probably out next year or something. Looking foward to playing it
